GEORGE B. GHANEM, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.A.S.E.

George B. Ghanem — St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr. Ghanem attended medical school at St. Joseph University Medical School in Beirut. He completed his residency in internal medicine and cardiology fellowship at Wayne State University, Detroit Receiving and Harper Hospitals. Dr Ghanem is past chief of medicine and past chief of staff at Bon Secours Cottage Health Services in Grosse Pointe Michigan.


He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and of the American Society of Echocardiography. Dr. Ghanem is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Medicine, Echocardiography and Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiography, the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and the American Society of CT Angiography.

Dr. Ghanem is the president and co-founder of Eastlake Cardiovascular. He holds staff privileges at William Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe, and St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit.


Dr Ghanem’s special areas of interest are general cardiology, echocardiography, coronary CT angiography and nuclear cardiology.

THOMAS A. LALONDE, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Dr. LaLonde attended medical school at Wayne State University where he remains an associate clinical professor of Internal Medicine. He completed residencies in internal medicine and cardiology, and a fellowship in adult cardiovascular disease at St. John Hospital. Dr. LaLonde is a member of the American College of Cardiology.


Dr. LaLonde is board certified in Adult Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. He is past president of the medical staff, and current Chief of the Division of Cardiology and past Director of the Interventional Fellowship Program at St. John Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. LaLonde has been recognized in every Hour Detroit’s “Top Doc” issue since 1993.

Dr LaLonde’s special areas of interest are coronary artery disease, percutaneous revascularization and secondary prevention.

Dr. Ghafari attended medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Detroit Medical Center and his cardiology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital.


Dr. Ghafari is board certified in Internal Medicine, Clinical Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiovascular Computed Tomography, and Adult Echocardiography. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Society of Echocardiography and the Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Ghafari is the Chief of Cardiology at Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe. Dr. Ghafari also holds staff privileges at St John Hospital and Medical Center.


Dr. Ghafari’s special areas of interest are general cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiography and coronary CT angiography.

THOMAS P. DAVIS, M.D., F.A.C.C

Thomas P. Davis — St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr. Davis attended medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada. He completed his residency in internal medicine, cardiology and interventional cardiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Davis is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology.


Dr. Davis is the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and the Director of Peripheral Interventions and Disease at St. John Hospital and Medical Center. He holds staffing privileges at St. John Hospital and Medical Center and William Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe.

Dr. Davis’ special areas of interest are peripheral arterial disease non-surgical limb salvage. He has been a pioneer in lower extremity arterial disease and stenting as well as carotid artery stenting. He sits on scientific advisory boards for interventional device development; is involved in multiple clinical trials for new technology in endovascular therapies and lectures nationally. He is also Director of the Detroit Chapter of “Save a Limb, Save a Life”.

JOAN S. CRAWFORD, D.O., F.A.C.C., F.A.S.E.

Joan S. Crawford — St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr. Crawford attended medical school at Nova-Southeastern University in Florida. She completed her internship at Flint Osteopathic Hospital. She completed her residency in internal medicine, a fellowship in cardiology, and a post fellowship sabbatical at Henry Ford Hospital and University of Michigan.



Dr. Crawford is the Medical Chairperson for the American Heart Association’s 2018 Go Red for Women. She is the Medical Director of the non-invasive lab at St John Macomb-Oakland Hospitals. She is faculty for the Cardiology Fellowship program and teaches residents interns and medical students.

Dr. Crawford is Board Certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Disease, the American Society of Echocardiography and the American Society of Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Crawford is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography. She holds staff privileges at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospitals, St. John Hospital and Medical Center, Ascension Crittenton, and William Beaumont Hospital Troy.


Dr. Crawford’s special areas of interest are cardiovascular disease in women and congenital heart disease. Dr. Crawford performs diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and has special proficiency in imaging including echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, 64-slice coronary CT scans, vascular imaging, and stress testing.

MARC O. GOSSELIN, D.O., F.A.C.C.

Dr. Gosselin attended medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Detroit Osteopathic and Bi-County Community Hospitals. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowships in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiovascular medicine at Henry Ford Hospital.


Dr. Gosselin is board certified in both internal medicine and cardiology. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Gosselin’s special area of interest is interventional cardiology.

ANTHONY J. KAWA, D.O., F.A.C.C.

Anthony J. Kawa — St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr. Kawa attended medical school at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship, internal medicine residency and fellowship in cardiology at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Kawa is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.


Dr. Kawa is the Director of Cardiology Fellowship Training Programs at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Macomb Center and is the co-director of the Coronary CT Program at St. John Hospital and Medical Center. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Cardiology, the American Medical Association, and the American Society of Echocardiography.

Dr. Kawa holds staff privileges at Ascension Crittenton, St. John Hospital and Medical Center, St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospitals, and William Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe.


Dr. Kawa’s special areas of interest are non-invasive cardiology including coronary CT angiography, echocardiography and diagnostic cardiac catheterization.

BRILIO (JON) MOJARES, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Brilio (Jon) Mojares — St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr Mojares received his medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at William Beaumont Hospital, and fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at Henry Ford Hospital.


Dr. Mojares is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Cardiology.

EDOUARD DAHER, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.S.V.M.

Edouard Daher — St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr. Daher received his medical degree from St. Joseph University in Beirut. He completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiology at Yale University School of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in vascular medicine at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital of Boston, and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.


Dr. Daher is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Vascular Medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Association, The American College of Cardiology, and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He has presented at numerous national and international meetings and received the Young Investigator Award.

Dr. Daher holds staff privileges at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospitals, and William Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe.

Dr. Daher’s special area of interests are coronary artery disease and peripheral arterial disease including percutaneous interventions.


BASIL DUDAR, M.D.

Basil Dudar — St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr. Dudar received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency Program at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and his Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Fellowships at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.


Dr. Dudar is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He holds staff privileges at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospitals, William Beaumont Hospital Troy and Grosse Pointe. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Dudar is an interventional cardiologist with a special interest in coronary artery disease and percutaneous intervention in peripheral arterial disease (PAD).

MICHAEL TUCCIARONE, M.D.

Dr. Tucciarone attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine, Dominca, West Indies. He completed his internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan and fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, Detroit, Michigan.


Dr. Tucciarone is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology. DAVID RODRIGUEZ, M.D., FACC

David Rodriguez — St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr. Rodriguez graduated from the University of Michigan as an undergraduate, and received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency, Clinical Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Fellowships at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan.


Dr. Rodriguez is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Adult Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, and Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiography, and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.

Dr. Rodriguez has staff privileges at Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe and Troy, St. John Hospital and Medical Center, and St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital.


Dr. Rodriguez’s special areas of interest are Clinical and Interventional Cardiology, Structural and Valvular Heart Disease, and Cardiac Imaging.

HEATHER FRANKE, D.O.

Heather Franke — St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr. Franke attended Medical School at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan where she graduated in 2010.  She completed her residency and cardiac fellowship at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Warren, Michigan.


Dr. Franke is a noninvasive cardiologist able to use a variety of diagnostic studies including echocardiography, stress testing, nuclear cardiology and electrocardiograms, to evaluate for and develop a treatment plan for cardiovascular disease.


Dr. Franke is board certified in internal medicine, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.  Dr. Franke is currently on staff at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

ZAID KASMIKHA D.O., F.A.C.C.

Zaid Kasmikha — St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr. Zaid Kasmikha, DO FACC, is a Board Certified Cardiologist with Subspecialty in Interventional Cardiology. He graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and Doctor of Osteopathy from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency, Cardiology Fellowship and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship all within the St. John Providence Health System. Dr. Kasmikha is also Board Certified in Echocardiography and Nuclear Medicine along with being dually Board Certified in Internal Medicine.


Dr. Kasmikha holds staff privileges at Ascension Crittenton, St. John Hospital and Medical Center, St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospitals, and William Beaumont Hospital Troy and Grosse Pointe.

Special areas of interest include coronary artery disease prevention and treatment, coronary angiography with balloon angioplasty and stenting, orbital atherectomy, rotational atherectomy, IVC filters, peripheral angiography, carotid and peripheral vascular disease treatment.

JOEL SKAISTIS, MD

Joel Skaistis— St. Clair Shores, MI — Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C.

Dr. Skaistis joined Eastlake Cardiovascular, PC in the summer of 2018.  He graduated medical school from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in May 2012.  He completed his internal medicine residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan.


Dr. Skaistis is board certified in internal medicine, echocardiography and cardiovascular computed tomography.  He is currently on staff at Troy Beaumont Hospital.

CLARISSA DASS, D.O., F.A.C.C.

Dr. Dass attended medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at McLaren Oakland hospital and her Cardiology fellowship at McLaren Macomb-Oakland hospitals. 

 

Dr. Dass is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Nuclear Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Osteopathic Association, and American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Dass is a noninvasive Cardiologist who specializes in General Cardiology and noninvasive diagnostic testing including echocardiography, nuclear medicine, and stress testing.

CRYSTAL MARSH, D.O.

Dr. Marsh attended medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she graduated in 2014. She completed her internal medicine residency at St. John Macomb – Oakland Hospital in Warren, Michigan. She completed her cardiology fellowship at Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Michigan. 


Dr. Marsh is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Marsh holds staff privileges at William Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe in Grosse Pointe, MI and Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, MI.


Dr. Marsh’s special areas of interest are general cardiology, noninvasive cardiology, and diagnostic cardiac catheterization; which she utilizes to develop a treatment strategy for cardiovascular health and prevention.

RAMI ZEIN, D.O.

Dr. Zein attended medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he graduated in 2014. He completed his Internal Medicine residency, Cardiology Fellowship, and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

 

Dr. Zein is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Zein is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Physicians, and American College of Cardiology.
